Attendance Norms
Regular attendance is essential for academic continuity and character building. Every student is expected to maintain at least 75% attendance in an academic session to be eligible for annual and board examinations.
Leave Application Rules
- Leave must be applied in writing by parents in the school diary or via written application.
- For sick leave exceeding 3 consecutive days, a registered medical practitioner's certificate is mandatory.
- Prior sanction must be obtained for planned absences and family occasions.
Uninformed Absence
- Absence without leave for consecutive 6 days may lead to striking off the student's name from the rolls.
- Re-admission may be granted subject to principal's discretion and payment of re-admission charges.
- Late comers will not be allowed inside the classroom without entry slip from the coordinator.
